Jen Barr: Varsity Girls’ Head Coach
Jen Barr attended Valdosta State University where she earned a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Cardiac Rehabilitation, and a Bachelors of Science in Education in Health and Physical Education. After college she taught and coached at Centennial High School for five years before accepting a position at Northview High School.
Jeff Bourne: Varsity Girls’ Assistant Coach
Coach Jeff Bourne has been teaching Chemistry and Physics for over 20 years. He joined the Northview staff in 2004. Coach Bourne's soccer coaching experience includes 2 years with the Varsity Girls at Cross Keys High School, and 7 years with the Varsity Girls Parkview High School. When Coach Bourne is not busy with teaching and coaching, he spends time with his wife Beverly, sons Andrew and Jason, and daughter Becky.
Julie Conner: JV Girls’ Head Coach
Coach Conner is a graduate of the University of Georgia where she majored in Social Science Education and minored in German. She has been involved in soccer programs for over 15 years. Her experiences include all aspects of the game: coaching, officiating and playing. Coach Conner teaches AP Psychology and World History at Northview.
Tony Cianciola: Varsity Boys’ Head Coach
Coach Cianciola received his bachelor's degree in Health/Physical Education from Georgia State University and his Masters in Health Studies at the University of Alabama.
He specialized in Educational Leadership at Lincoln Memorial University. He started teaching at Holcomb Bridge Middle School from 1995-2000, Northwestern Middle School from 2000-2002 before moving to Northview in the Fall of 2002. He coached at Chattahoochee High from 1994-1996, Centennial High from 1996-2002 where his girls team were Region champs in 2000. He was awarded Region 6AAAAA Coach of the Year and State of Georgia Coach of the year in 2000. He played club and high school soccer in Plano, Texas 1980-1986 and played Georgia State Club Soccer 1991-1995 and continues to play in the Dekalb/Atlanta Men's Amateur League since that time. Coach Cianciola teaches Health/Physical Education at Northview High.
Mike Mora: Varsity Boys’ Assistant
Coach Mike Mora is originally from Washington, DC and has been in Atlanta for 15 years. He has coached various teams for Forsyth County's girls' soccer league and has played in many adult soccer leagues including YMCA and with the Forsyth Fusion. Currently, he works for MCI and has been with the corporation for the past 18 years.
Scott Lee: Junior Varsity Boys’ Head Coach
Coach Lee coached the 8th grade soccer team at River Trail Middle School for 5 years. He was the assistant coach for the varsity girls' soccer team at Northview during their first two seasons. For over 10 years Coach Lee coached youth soccer and also served as an age group administrator for the Georgia Olympic Development Program.
Coach Lee graduated from Berry College with a BS degree in Animal Science / Chemistry. While at Berry, Coach Lee played soccer for the Viking Fury. Coach Lee obtained his teaching certificate from Mercer University - Atlanta and taught 8th grade physical science for 12 years. He joined the science department at Northview in 2007.
Coach Lee continues to play soccer in a local men's league in Roswell and looks forward to helping establish Northview Soccer as a dominant program in North Fulton.
