Jen Barr: Varsity Girls Head Coach

Jen Barr Jen attended Valdosta State University where she earned a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science with a minor in Cardiac Rehabilitation and a Bachelors of Science in Health and Physical Education. After college she taught and coached at Centennial High School for five years before accepting a position at Northview High School. Coach Barr led the lady Titans to their first appearance in the state playoffs in 2009. In addition to her coaching duties, she teaches health and P.E and is pursuing a masters degree.

Tony Cianciola: Varsity Boys’ Head Coach

Tony has been the head boys coach at Northview since its inception. He is the Athletic Director as well as a Health/Physical Education teacher. Coach C received his bachelor's degree in Tony Cianciola Health/Physical Education from Georgia State University and his Masters in Health Studies at the University of Alabama. He specialized in Educational leadership at Lincoln Memorial University. Tony started teaching at Holcomb Bridge Middle School. He coached at Chattahoochee High School from 1994 to 1996, and Centennial High School from 1996 to 2002 where his girls team was Region champ in 2000. He was awarded Region 6AAAAA Coach of the Year and State of Georgia Coach of the year in 2000. Coach C played club and high school soccer in Plano, Texas, played for the Georgia State Club Soccer team 1991-1995, and also played for the DeKalb/Atlanta Men’s Amateur League.

Mike Mora: Assistant Coach

Mike Mora Mike is originally from Northern Virginia and moved to Atlanta in 1991. He is a graduate of Shorter College where he majored in Business Management. Mike has been the assistant coach at Northview for 6 seasons and previously coached and played in various leagues in Forsyth County. He is a member of the national Soccer Coaches Association. Mike works for Verizon Business as a Technical Service Manager and has been with the company for 23 years.

John McCombe: Assistant Coach

John is originally from London, England. Tony Cianciola He is a graduate of the University of Kent at Canterbury and has a Masters degree in Social Studies Education from the University of Georgia. He previously coached at Ware County High School in Waycross, GA where he was the JV boys coach and assistant boys Varsity coach. Currently Coach McCombe teaches Economics and American Government at Northview.

Julie Conner: JV Girls’ Head Coach

Julie Conner Julie is a graduate of the University of Georgia where she majored in Social Science Education and minored in German. She has been involved in soccer programs for over 20 years. Her experiences include all aspects of the game: coaching, officiating and playing. This is Coach Conner’s 5th season as head JV Coach at Northview and has been fortunate to experience much success with the JV program. Coach Conner teaches World History and AP World history at Northview.

Scott Lee: JV Boys Head Coach

Scott Lee Scott coached the 8th grade soccer team at River Trail Middle School for 5 years. He was the assistant coach for the Varsity girl’s soccer team at Northview during their first two seasons. He served as assistant Titan JV coach for 2 years before becoming the head coach in 2007. Coach Lee graduated from Berry College with a Bachelors of Science degree in Animal Science/ Chemistry. While at Berry College Scott played for the Viking Fury. Coach Lee obtained his teaching certificate from Mercer University – Atlanta and taught 8th grade physical science for 13 years. He joined the science department at Northview in 2007. Coach Lee continues to play soccer in a local men’s league in Duluth..
