Northview Titans Junior Varsity Girls Game Summaries

Central Gwinnett v. Northview - 0-6
February 21st

The JV Girls team played the Central Gwinnett Raiders at Northview High School on Monday, February 21, 2005. The Titans won 6 - 0.

The offense had several shots on goal in the first 5 minutes of the game. Ali Clark had a shot on goal and was tackled in the box by the goalie causing a penalty. The penalty kick which was taken by Ali Clark was good. Dee Milton, Camryn Wagster, and Kristin Reber also had several shots on goal that were just missed. Ali Clark scored a hat trick (three goals), Alex Paans, Sarah Gibson, and Dee Milton all scored for the Titans. Camryn Wagster took a corner kick and Kiley Duncan's shot was stopped by the goalie from Central Gwinnett. On the rebound Dee Milton scored for the Titans.

The defense anchored by Katie Darby, Rachel Wilson, and Camryn Wagster kept the ball away from the Raiders. Jillian English, the goalie, saw a little more action this game than in the first game.

In the second half the game had to be called because of lightning. The Titans won 6 - 0.
