Golf tournament: A meeting of the golf committee will take place immediately after this meeting. Golfers are needed – sign up forms were handed out, and can also be obtained on the website. The event will be on March 27, with tee off time of 10 AM. As you get contact for golfers, hole sponsors, or other donors, keep Amy Stille informed so we don’t solicit the same company multiple times.
Spring Sports Program: Originally it was hoped that the program would be available for distribution at the start of the season But all of the spring sports teams will not have been chosen. Pictures for the baseball team will not be done until Feb. 20, thus the program will be available in mid-March.
- Soccer team pictures will be taken Feb. 7 It was suggested that a “roster picture” be taken (similar to the one done by the basketball team). This could be used as a “thank you” for advertisers. It was suggested that the seniors have their picture taken with their parents. This will be done at either the Jamboree or Wheeler tournaments.
- It was suggested that a copy of the program be given to each advertiser.
- Personal, player ads can be purchased:
- ¼ page: $75
- ½ page: $100
- Full page: $150
- All ads should be submitted as a high res. .jpeg file.
End of year Banguet: We will hold this at the Metropolitan Club again this year in early May
Senior Nite will be held between the varsity games on during our last game in April. A volunteer (who is not the parent of a senior) is needed to chair this event. All teams (from all spring sports) will be invited.
