Parent Meeting Minutes

November 1, 2007

After a brief introduction by Russell Whorton, Mike Scaggs explained the pre-season training to the parents and athletes present.  The early registration date has been extended to November 9, after which the cost will rise from $200 to $240.  Training will start the week of November 12 and will be held on Tuesdays and Thursday, from 4:00 – 5:30 p.m.  After some discussion, it was agreed to take a poll and add a 3rd day if needed so more students could participate.  They will choose 2 of the 3 days and stick to that schedule. The last 30 minutes will be conditioning, so if players need to leave to attend club practices, they won’t miss the main part of the session.
