- Tryouts will be held Jan. 23 – Feb. 2. The first week is conditioning, ball work and general tryouts. The first cuts will be made Jan. 31 and 31st. Times for tryouts will alternate will the lacrosse teams for “early” and “late” time slots.
- The Varsity teams will participate in a jamboree on Feb. 4th.
Meet-the-Coaches Night will be held on January 12th at the Medlock Bridge Club House. At 7 PM. No fee will be charged to attend. Cookies and coffee will be provided. Heavier snacks provided in past years were found to be unnecessary. Cindy Darby is chairing that event.

Pancake eating contest: Amy Stille and Cindy Darby will chair this event, tentatively scheduled for January 26 at the IHOP, right after tryouts.

Golf tournament: A meeting of the golf committee will take place immediately after this meeting. Golfers are needed – sign up forms were handed out, and can also be obtained on the website. The event will be on March 27, with tee off time of 10 AM.
Spring Sports Program: The spring program will be out by February 1. One idea for the center is to have the seniors with their parents. Person ads for the program must be in by the Kick-Off dinner. Forms for soliciting advertising are available. Artwork for the ads must be available on disk or CD by Dec. 21.
T-Shirts: UPS is sponsoring our team t-shirts and sweat shirts this year.
